RT finally ended...
finally today marks the end of a successfull IPPT
i would say that it's a glorious fail
why some might ask
well i have greatly improved in my result
from a pure 0 fighter
now i manage to at leastget 1 point for most of my stations
but i guess that's not wat i am really proud of
it's the 2.4km run i am really feeling happy about
i finally am able to run 6 run nonstop
timing had improved by 3 min as well
from a ugly 18 min i promoted myself to a happy 14 min
kinda cool.that kinda means that i can do something if i am determine enough
really gotta thanks louis,sylvester and alan for this
without these training buddies and motivators
i would be nothing even after 2 months
it's good to find good friends
when u meet up with ppl who encourages u
everything u do will be best of the best
i am glad RT's over ...
yet i wont forget the days with these friends
the pain and the sweat
the time we spent together and achieve the same goal we all strike for
